  It's yours FREE, when you use our FREE services and list My Dallas Apartment as the referrer on all your apartment forms, anytime you visit and when you sign your lease. We have partnered with Exodus Moving, a family owned moving company based in Dallas, with a reputation for careful handling of all items and high marks for customer satisfaction, they are members in good standing with the Dallas Better Business Bureau.
  
  Your complimentary move includes shrink-wrapping of your belongings, a minimum of three movers and a closed compartment moving truck, not a trailer.

• Optional Cash Rebate
  
  If you prefer to move yourself or contract with another moving company, we understand. It will probably cost you more, but to help, we will give you up to $500 cash back, depending on the details of your lease. This cash rebate is provided within 30 to 45 days after your lease is signed. For further information, please ask your Client Services Manager.
• Other Goodies:
  
  Dinner for Two at an outstanding local restaurant, gift certificates to local stores and venues and more may be yours, depending on the area and the details of your lease.

 

Conditions:

All our complimentary "goodies" are provided out of the commission paid to us by the apartment property where you sign your lease. Because these properties are paying us, as a licensed Dallas apartment locator, for a good tenant like you, they must be assured that you were referred by My Dallas Apartment. So, you MUST BE SURE to write

as the agent or locator who referred you, on BOTH your Guest Card when you first visit any apartment community, AND on your lease application.
