In Dallas and many other areas, the term condo and townhome are often interchangeable. Since our service is primarily for rental properties, townhome is probably more descriptive. They offer roof-to-ground privacy, plus spacious living areas and greater privacy. While they are harder to find, we know where to look, so if a "condo" or "townhome" is your preference, we can help point you in the right direction.
